Contemplative Dance Practice

 
 

We take time on Friday evenings to return to our being, quieting our minds and awakening the consciousness of the body. It is a practice of inner and outer witnessing through open attention and acceptance. Sessions are facilitated, providing a safe and open space for inner journeying. At the end of the session, we will have time for reflection and sharing. Open to all, with or without previous movement/meditation experience, joining with a sensitive and open attitude is encouraged.

Doors open at 7:15pm and close at 7:30pm.
