Embodied Flow
This is a mindful movement practice where participants will be led with an attentive pace in finding fluid ways of experiencing and discovering the body and its awareness. From sensing the body, we will utilise somatic exercises as a process for movement exploration and embodiment. There are no steps to learn and no right or wrong movements. An open, curious, and sensitive attitude is encouraged. The class welcomes individuals, with or without movement experience, from any age group, professional or cultural background.
這是⼀個正念⾝體動態的練習。在這裡,無論有或沒有經驗的參加者,都能夠在讓⼈專注的節奏下,⾝⼼合⼀, 帶出轉化嶄新認知⽅式的可能。從⾝體的感知出發,利⽤⾝⼼學的練習並在簡單接觸即興的技巧之上,進⾏⼩ 組的即興互動,然後互相分享作結。我們不會學習既定的舞步,亦沒有所謂對與錯的⾝體運動;我們⿎勵⼤家 以開放、好奇和敏於體察的態度參與。本班歡迎任何年齡、⾏業和⽂化背景的朋友參加。
